Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot grapes grown in our vineyard are infected with leaf mold before harvesting and strengthen their immune system by increasing Quercetin, one of the phenolic substances of the grape's own immune system, in the core and Trans-Resveratrol and Catechins in the peel. These phenolic substances, which are separated with a special technique, are carefully processed in our production facility and presented to you in 250 ml glass bottles.
